Like you, I’m constantly looking for practical ways to make life a little easier, wich is wht I’m continually impressed with all the fearures the Teams Phone offers. Part of my role involves evangelizing llittle features that help our clients move so much more smoothly through the day. Not only are Microsoft continually evolving the platform to make life easier for users but you now have PSTN connectivity choice.
Whoever came up with the concept “one size fits all” originally, likely wasn’t responsible for planning calling and connectivity for a multi-national organisation with remote offices, on-the-go salespeople, and front-line workers.
Organisations often have a variety of connectivity needs depending on their geographic footprint and unique business requirements – which can complicate the decision-making process.
